This Privacy Policy explains how SportsPay handles information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to split fees and confirm payments: a player's display name (as entered by the organizer), the amount owed, and the payment status returned by the gateway. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV or bank credentials.

2. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Any card, UPI or bank information you enter is submitted directly to Razorpay and is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy. SportsPay receives only a payment confirmation and reference identifier.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to track who has paid their match-fee share and to display a payment status board to the organizer and players.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with our payment processor (Razorpay) to the extent required to process payments.

5. Data Retention

Match and payment records are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal or accounting requirements.
