These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SportsPay service ("Service"), which enables cricket match organizers to collect match fees from players over WhatsApp using online payment links.

1. The Service

SportsPay facilitates the splitting of a match fee among players and the collection of each player's share through the Razorpay payment gateway. The organizer is responsible for setting the total fee and the list of players.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to these Terms. Amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount payable is shown clearly before you confirm payment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful collection of legitimate match fees among known participants. You must not use the Service for any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

4. Fees

The amount you pay is the match-fee share set by your organizer. Payment gateway charges, if any, are governed by Razorpay.

5. Limitation of Liability

SportsPay provides the Service on an "as is" basis and is not liable for disputes between organizers and players regarding match arrangements. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
